The reboot process
01. enroll in mother reboot.
You’ll get immediate access to the portal with information on how to get started, videos on the foundations of meal planning, rest, and how to provide your samples for the labs. Your lab kits will be mailed out to you this week.
02. send in your lab kits.
Submit your lab samples back to the lab! The nutrient test uses a small sample of hair. The hormone test uses urine strips and is done in the luteal phase of your cycle. You will also get a list of labs to request if from your doctor (optional).
Once we receive your results, you book your 90 minute assessment and strategy call with Alison. We’ll go over your symptoms, history, test results and collaborate on a comprehensive food, supplement, and lifestyle plan to feel better. At this point you also get access to the group office hours, Rosie, and the community of moms.

Once we identify the foods, supplements, and practices that best support your body, you’ll have the confidence and the body literacy to continue to improve and maintain your health on your own. Who is Reboot for?
For: moms in any stage—early postpartum to long past diapers—who want data-driven answers and a plan they’ll actually follow.
Not for: anyone hunting a miracle pill, a 1,200-calorie meal plan, or unlimited 1:1 hand-holding. (We keep it tight so you’ll do it.)

Which labs do I get? Based on your intake survey, symptoms, and goals we match you with the right testing so you aren’t barking up the wrong tree. We start with the one that answers the biggest question, and we can add others on if needed.
The options:
DUTCH Hormone Testing when the primary symptoms are hormonal (perimenopause, PMS, inability to lose weight, mood changes, high stress, fertility issues, period problems etc.)
Comprehensive Nutrient Testing for depletion, postpartum concerns, low energy etc.
Stool Testing for those with any gut symptom like constipation, heartburn, gas/ bloating, diarrhea or autoimmune conditions
We also recommend a list of bloodwork labs that you can either request from your doctor, or we can order for you at cost.
Do I have to time anything to my cycle?
For the hormone testing, yes, and we will help you figure out the right timing for your cycle.
Can I request a specific test?
Totally. Just tell us what you’re thinking. If it’s the best fit, we’ll use it. If clinically we think there is a better place to start, we’ll explain why and you can decide from there which option you prefer.
I already eat healthy. Will I learn anything?
Yes. Mother Reboot is designed to help you identify what your unique body needs as related to hormonal balances and nutrition. If you’re experiencing common mom depletion symptoms such as perpetual fatigue, mood swings, depression, night sweats and frequent colds/sickness—this course is for you.
My kids rule my life. Will I have time for this?
How long does it take to start feeling better?
OMFG Yes. This is THE program for busy moms who feel hormonally train wrecked. The workshops are short and can be watched on your own time, and we plan the one on ones based on your schedule. The principles are simple, no complicated recipes or huge time commitments. Most importantly, with balanced hormones and a fueled body, you’ll have more energy to do life.
How long does it take to start feeling better?
Mother Reboot will give you the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself for life. That said, I typically see changes in energy and anxiety within days to weeks, and hormone changes within weeks to months. Mood improvements or weight change are more variable.
I didn’t give birth to my kids—will this still apply to me?
Adoptive, surrogate, and non-bio moms (as well as partners) are welcome here. Most principles are related to common nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances driven by compounded stress, a lack of sleep and healthy nutrition, and the overall stress of motherhood. This is for any human who mothers.
What’s your refund policy?
All Mother Reboot purchases are non-refundable.
Will this help me lose extra weight?
My priority is to help you feel better. Although weight loss is not the focus of this program specifically, difficulty losing weight is sometimes a side effect of certain hormonal imbalances and nutrient deficiencies. Some moms find weight management easier once their bodies have what they need.
I’m a vegetarian or have food restrictions. Will I be able to follow the food plan?
Yes. My food and meal recommendations follow a formula where you can plug your favorite foods into each category. The meal plans and recipes are for ease and inspiration but you don’t need to follow the exact ingredients in order to be successful.
