What exactly am I buying here? The Energize Program or The Motherlode?

How long will it take to start feeling better?

It depends on your body and how quickly you can implement, but here’s what I typically see:

  • For about 80% of moms, once they follow the meal guide and basics from module 1, energy and mood start to shift within days to a couple of weeks.

  • For the rest, changes come a bit more slowly as we work through the root causes in module 2.

It’s not always an overnight miracle, but it’s also not a “feel worse before you can feel better” situation.

I didn’t give birth to my kids but I still feel like garbaage - will this still apply to me?

Yes. Adoptive, surrogate, and non-bio moms are absolutely welcome.

Some material touches on pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding, but most of what we’re doing is about stress, sleep disruption, depletion, and the universal experience of putting yourself last. If you’re a human who mothers and you feel like trash, this is for you.

What’s your refund policy?

All digital purchases are non-refundable.
The Motherlode is a 6-month commitment with a “let me out” clause:
If, within your first 30 days, you’ve gone through at least 3 modules and attended at least one Office Hours session, and you still feel it’s not a fit, email us and we’ll cancel your subscription and revoke your access to all resources. No hard feelings I only want women in the room who feel helped.

Will this help me lose extra weight?

My priority is to help you feel better first. Weight loss isn’t the focus of the Energize pathway, but low energy is a huge barrier to doing anything that supports healthy weight.

Many moms find that once their bodies have what they need and they’re not running on fumes, weight management gets easier.

You’ll also have access to the Metabolic Moms pathway inside The Motherlode, so once you’re no longer feeling like the walking dead, you can shift your focus to healthy, sustainable weight loss.

I’m a vegetarian or have food restrictions. Will I be able to follow the food plan?

Yes. My food and meal recommendations follow a simple formula so you can plug your own favorite foods into each category. The meal plans and recipes are there for ease and inspiration - you don’t need to follow them exactly to get results.
