If you are joining us in the Core tier, you’ll get a list of the exact lab markers I want to see, plus a script on what to say to your doctor to increase the odds of everything being approved.
If you are joining us in the Rooted tier, I will order the labs for you. You’ll receive an email when the order is processed, and then you will just need to show up at your local Quest Diagnostics lab to have the lab draw. I will receive the report when results are in and we’ll book. our call.

We rotate days and times each week so we can hit convenient times for all time zones.

Good question. And nope, this ain’t weight watchers. Weight loss after having kids is a whole new ball game - we’re talking tanked metabolism, hormone drama (postpartum or perimenopause!), huge amounts of stress, not enough time to meal prep a special meal for you AND each picky child, and terrible sleep. Each one of these all too common #momlife truths make it a lot harder for healthy weight loss. These are all the things that we’re tackling in this program!

I’m the first to say that I LOATHE the pressure put on women and moms to “bounce back,” be smaller, and look a certain way to be accepted into society. In fact, I refused to teach a weight management program for the longest time! But here’s the truth: you can address the reasons behind your growing waistline, feel better and more energetic, help out your hormones and correct any underlining health issues leading to weight gain while also lovingly feeding and moving your body. My goal for you is to feel strong, balanced, and full of energy and removing the barriers to weight loss so your body can release that extra storage. You’ll show your kids how to eat to feel good, with none of the “mommy is on a special diet” BS.

Pump the brakes here, mama. This is NOT the biggest loser. We’re focusing on healthy habits, rebalancing your body, looking for root causes and optimizing your metabolic rate. The goal here is to help your body let go of the extra weight, not to push and punish your body for 3 months just to lose some weight and have it all come back (and then some!) when you’re done. The slower you lose the weight, the more likely it is actually fat and not muscle, and the longer you keep it off. Fast weight loss screws up your metabolism even further, and sets you up for even more years of yo-yo dieting.
If your only goal is quick weight loss no matter the cost, I’m not the dietitian for you. This program is for those who want to recalibrate their body so that fat loss is easier. This process takes time but sets you up for a lifetime of better health.
PS - Harvard did a study on the biggest loser contestants and found that every single one gained back their weight and caused major damage to their thyroid and metabolism. No thanks.
