Perimenopause is a tricky one. Unlike postpartum, she can come out of nowhere to wreak havoc on your sleep, hormones, and mood. So how do we know when perimenopause is upon us? And are we doomed to be sweaty bitches forever? I break it all down here.

I already eat healthy. Will I learn anything?
Yes. Perimenopause Party is designed to help you identify what your unique body needs in perimenopause. If you’re experiencing common perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, irritability, and irregular periods, this course is for you.
Is this a live course?
Perimenopause Party is a self-paced course that can be completed in about X weeks (although you can take as long as you need). For moms who want some real live action, I offer Mom Bod Squad: a virtual-but-super-real mom community with live access to me.
My kids run my life. Will I have time for this?
Yes. The course modules are short (10-30 minutes each), and the audio versions are super easy to listen to on the way to swim lessons, work, doctor visits, etc. The principles are simple, and the recipes are easy. Most importantly, with balanced hormones and a fueled body, you’ll feel better and have more energy.
How long does it take to start feeling better?
This ain’t a bandaid. Perimenopause Party gives you the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself for life. That said, I typically see changes in energy within days to weeks and hormone changes within weeks to months. Mood improvements or weight change can be more variable.
What’s your return policy?
All Perimenopause Party course purchases are non-refundable.
Will this help me lose extra weight?
My priority is to help you feel better. Although weight loss is not the focus of this course, difficulty losing weight is sometimes a side effect of certain hormonal imbalances and nutrient deficiencies. Some moms find weight management easier once their bodies have what they need.
I’m a vegetarian or have food restrictions. Will I be able to follow the food recommendations?
Yes. My food and meal recommendations follow a formula where you can plug your favorite foods into each category. The meal plans and recipes are for ease and inspiration but you don’t need to follow the exact ingredients in order to be successful.
