Three times per month we get back together on Zoom to have a live Q&A coaching session. Questions about your labs, how to implement the protocol, and any other questions that have come up since our last workshop will be answered. When can I join?

We’re open now!

I already eat healthy. Will I learn anything?

Omfg. Yes. Perimenopause Party is designed to help you identify what your unique body needs in perimenopause, which is different than what your body thrived on in decades past. If you’re experiencing common perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia, irritability, and funky periods, this program is for you. That said, if you have no desire to make any changes to what you’re eating then this probably isn’t the program for you.

Is the hormone testing included?

Yes! Each Peri Party participant will get a home DUTCH Complete test, which analyzes your sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone etc), cortisol, neurotransmitters and how well your body is utilizing and detoxifying your hormones.

Is this a 1:1 or a group program?

It’s both! The Perimenopause workshops, coaching calls, lab power hours, and bonus workshops are all done in a group setting. Each peri party member also gets a private 90 minute call to go over lab results and build your personalized protocol together.

How long does it take to start feeling better?

Perimenopause Party gives you the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself for life. This isn’t a quick fix and I’m not going to greenwash you with 20 supplements. That said, I typically see changes in energy within days to weeks and hormone changes within weeks to months. Mood improvements or weight change can be more variable.

Will this help me lose extra weight?

My priority is to help you feel better. Although weight loss is not the focus of this course, difficulty losing weight is sometimes a side effect of certain hormonal imbalances and metabolic changes that come along with perimenopause. Some moms find weight management easier once their bodies have what they need.

I’m a vegetarian or have food restrictions. Will I be able to follow the food recommendations?

Yes. My food and meal recommendations follow a formula where you can plug your favorite foods into each category. The meal plans and recipes are for ease and inspiration but you don’t need to follow the exact ingredients in order to make it work for you. Important note: you will be most successful if you are able to be flexible on self-imposed food restrictions (I’m not references allergies here). Sometimes we feel the way we do because we haven’t had the foods that our bodies need for a long time. Being willing to take an objective look at what our bodies truly need for this next phase of life will set you up for better health.
