At the beginning of each month, the new workshop drops where I teach you my non-diet protocol for weight management. These workshops are written + video + audio so you can consume however you learn best. Get ready to dive into the science of weight loss, your metabolism, hormones, labs. Twice monthly we hangout on Zoom to have a live Q&A coaching session. Questions about your labs, how to implement the protocol, and any other questions that have come up since our last workshop will be answered. You can pre-submit questions ahead of time if you can’t make it live.
