Sweet Potato Hash (Egg-Free)

Make a big batch of this on a Sunday and eat it for the next few mornings!

This sweet potato hash brings together sweet potatoes, ground meat, green apples, and savory spices like sage, thyme, and fennel.

It's an easy skillet breakfast that you can make ahead and enjoy over the next few mornings. And if you're eating eggs, you can always add a poached or fried egg on top.
