Honey Balsamic Chicken Breasts and Veggies

Chicken, roasted veggies, and a sweet and tangy honey-balsamic sauce. A satisfying dinner with protein, vegetables, and starch - without making things unnecessarily complicated.

I'm all for a dinner that gets everything we need onto one plate without turning cooking into a whole production.

This recipe combines chicken breasts, baby red potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus with a honey-balsamic sauce made with Dijon mustard, garlic, and herbs.

You've got your protein, veggies, and starch all covered. A little sweetness from the honey, tanginess from the balsamic, and plenty of flavor without a mile-long ingredient list.
